The administrator of the personal data is UXO MARINE SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA with its registered office in Rumia (ul. Derdowskiego 3, 84-230 Rumia) entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000637786, NIP 6381817131, REGON 365441796.

LEGAL BASIS

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April
2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as RODO); Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended).

We guarantee that each User’s data will remain secure, confidential and will not be transferred to any third party without the User’s express consent.
